Harley-Davidson Touring description

So I got this fabulous motorcycle a year or two ago in a swap, but I never registered it.  I do have a clean title.  Its a beautiful bike with tons of chrome.  I'm told its an 88 EVO motor, which I understand is one of the most powerful and reliable engines HD ever made.  Anyway, its just breathtaking to look at.  I can't get it started right now because I'm told the carb is gummed up, but I'll have that repaired at my soonest convenience.  Its got every bell and whistle (and light) possible.  Hard bags all around, Screaming Eagle pipes, blah blah blah.  You can all see what it is.

The suit alleges Harley-Davidson used the legendary actor’s name without a license for a leather riding boot called “The Brando”. “It is interesting that Harley-Davidson – a company that is vigorously protective of its own brand – would seek to exploit an iconic property without benefit of a licensing agreement,” says  Jeffrey I.
