Parts Bike: 1985 Clear Indiana title to frame, no known damage. Frame has been altered to axcept 93 and up saddlebags/ battery moved under seat. Engine : 2006 Ultima 107 CI runs good has appox. 35k miles. , Trans: Ultima 6 Speed w/seal leak. One complete HD 5-speed gear set included. Cracked swing arm (See Photos) Front end is a 1998 Harley Flhtc. No damage but is 20 years old. NO SADDLEBAGS OR TOURPAC. Radio worked until the tourpac was removed ( ground issue?). M/C starts and drives but is not safe due to swing arm issue. Clutch, inner/outer primary is 1998. good rubber. 2015 Harley-Davidson Freewheeler Revealed
Tue, 26 Aug 2014It’s no surprise, as we’ve already seen the spy photos and California Air Resources Board documents, but Harley-Davidson has officially introduced its new Freewheeler trike, adding a second three-wheeled model to go with the Tri Glide Ultra Classic. Whereas the Tri Glide is designed for touring needs, the Freewheeler is more of a cruiser with 12-inch mini-ape-hanger handlebars and bobtail fenders. Up front is a seven-piece nacelle with a dual halogen lamp mounted tight to the 49mm telescopic fork and frame.
Donation of Photos and Memorabilia to Harley-Davidson Museum Reveal Glimpse of Early Days at Harley
Thu, 22 Mar 2012Harley-Davidson Museum today posted on its Facebook page a selection of photos it received as part of collection of images and memorabilia donated by a former Harley employee. According to the Facebook post former H-D employee Bob Jameson donated “ two scrapbooks, numerous photographs, news clippings and other company related materials” for the museum’s collection. Jameson, following in his father’s footsteps, worked for The Motor Company, and in 1960 helped develop a motorcycle suited for use in the Vietnam war.
