This is absolutely one of the nicest Shovelheads around! It has a 93'' S&S Crate Engine, Baker polished 6 speed overdrive tranny, it has kick and electric start, primary belt drive, independent dual exhaust, electronic ignition, 2'' over chrome front end, beach bars and nice red metallic paint. The bike has 6,000 miles on it since being torn down and redone, the engine and trans only have 4,000 miles on them. This bike starts, runs and shifts excellent, its ready to ride. I have owned it 16 years and have always kept it in my heated garage. I hate to sell it, but I just don't ride it much anymore. My reserve is less than what I paid for the engine & trans, somebody is going to get a great deal on this bike. Fri, 09 Mar 2012The Harley-Davidson Screamin’ Eagle/Vance & Hines racing team unveiled its restyled V-Rod drag motorcycles ahead of the first Pro Stock Motorcycle round of the 2012 NHRA Full Drag Racing series. Reigning champion Ed Krawiec and Andrew Hines will compete for the Harley-Davidson team on new V-Rod drag bikes, restyled to more closely resembled the Night Rod Special production model. This marks the first restyling of Harley-Davidson’s NHRA competition bikes since the V-Rod entered the competition in 2002, and comes as The Motor Company celebrates the V-Rod’s 10th anniversary.“The goal was to make the drag racing motorcycles look more like the current production Night Rod Special motorcycle,” says Kris Schoonover, Harley-Davidson racing manager.
2023 LiveWire S2 Del Mar Launch Edition First Look
Tue, 10 May 2022$17,699 for LE model, target price of $15,000 for full production run LiveWire officially revealed its new S2 Del Mar, the brand’s second electric motorcycle and the first to use its new S2 Arrow architecture. Pre-orders for the Launch Edition model are now open, with an MSRP of $17,699 with deliveries to begin in Spring 2023. A full production run will also begin in 2023, with LiveWire targeting an MSRP of $15,000.
