You are bidding on one very well maintained 08 HD Electra Glide, Police Version, FLHTP, Custom HD paint...white gold pearl clear coat, new HD seat currently on bike, tour pack, 2 windshields, 6 speed transmission, 103 cu in, anti lock brakes, fuel injection, engine air cooled, and cover. This bike has been garaged, well maintained and is a two owner bike. I am selling due to my 4th knee surgery. It runs great will be a great bike for someone stronger than I .But I would consider a trade for selected 00-05 softail's.  It has no warranty and the buyer is responsible for pick up in zip code 47630.  I truly had to sell it!

Zero Motorcycles Named to Made in USA Foundation Hall of Fame

The Made in the USA Foundation has named Zero Motorcycles to its 2012 Hall of Fame class, recognizing the electric motorcycle manufacturer’s commitment to American manufacturing. Zero Motorcycles, founded in 2006 in Santa Cruz, Calif., by former NASA engineer Neal Saiki, becomes the second motorcycle manufacturer named to the Foundation’s Hall of Fame. Harley-Davidson was inducted in 2011.

In past years, the biennial Auto Expo in India slipped under the radar while the industry was focused more on shows such as EICMA in Italy and Intermot in Germany. But with India’s middle class starting to flex its financial muscle while other markets continue to struggle, the New Delhi show is becoming much more prominent, with major OEMs positioning themselves to claim a piece of the India’s 13 million vehicles-a-year market. We’ve already looked at India-produced Royal Enfield’s new Thunderbird 500 and Hero Moto’s hybrid scooter concept which debuted at the Auto Expo, and today we’ll look at what the major international OEMs presented.
