16,000 miles on this classic. New design to launch the rebirth of H-D from AMF. I put 3,000 miles on it before I discovered that the aluminum casing that the generator bolts to was cracked when the previous owner got backed into in a parking lot. I parked it in my shop in 1996, threw a blanket over it and forgot about it. Somebody needs to put this sweetness on the road again. I even have the Cycle World magazine with the test drive in it. I added Custom Chrome pipes, custom air cleaner, leather saddlebags, and a custom seat. The rest is factory. Haven't run it in 5 years, but she was always an easy start (electric). Accept PayPal. Thu, 05 Jan 2012Pretty it may be, but you wouldn't catch me spending £160,000 on this 1915 Harley-Davidson 11-F Twin that's coming up for sale at a Bonhams auction. It's allegedly one of the most sought-after Harleys and has buyers from around the world itching to splash out on it. Not literally, you'd hope.

Stephen King to Guest Star on ‘Sons of Anarchy’

King will play a character named “Bachman”, which I’m sure was no coincidence since he had published under the pen name “Richard Bachman” for several years. Stephen King is a motorcycle enthusiast and was excited to get a tricked-out, bright red Harley-Davidson Road-Glide to ride for the filming of the episode. See his comments about the production here.
