Harley-Davidson Sportster description
This is a 1989, 1200 Sportster that is lowered in the rear 2 1/2". It has a lot of extra chrome parts on it. Runs and shifts great, have not had any problems with it. It has been siting in my shed a long time, I never ride it anymore. This bike needs turn signals installed if you live in a state that requires them, bullet signals would look cool on it. I am old school and always use my hand signals. I have a clear title in the state of SC. Harley-Davidson Reports Q4 2011 Results
Tue, 24 Jan 2012Harley-Davidson reported a 10.9% growth in motorcycle sales in the fourth quarter and a total annual growth of 5.9% for 2011. The growth resulted in a net profit of $599.1 million for Harley-Davidson. The Motor Company sold 235,188 motorcycles in 2011, up from 222,110 units sold in 2010.

Stephen King to Guest Star on ‘Sons of Anarchy’
Tue, 21 Sep 2010Stephen King will be making a guest appearance on the hit TV show, Sons of Anarchy, later tonight. King will play a character named “Bachman”, which I’m sure was no coincidence since he had published under the pen name “Richard Bachman” for several years. Stephen King is a motorcycle enthusiast and was excited to get a tricked-out, bright red Harley-Davidson Road-Glide to ride for the filming of the episode. See his comments about the production here.
