Out of State Customers For our out of state customers who are looking to fly in. Melbourne International Airport is located 10 minutes from us. We can make arrangements to pick you up from the airport and bring you back to the dealership. We can bring you back to the airport as well if you choose to have your motorcycle shipped. For those looking to stay a little longer, we have a hotel right across the street. Shipping We have several different shipping companies that we have worked with and use on a regular basis. They will deliver your motorcycle right to your front door and also include an insurance policy to protect your purchase while in transport. We would be more than happy to help make the necessary arrangements to ship your motorcycle for you. We also can work with the many other shipping companies associated with eBay if you choose to use a different shipper. (The customer is responsible for all shipping costs.) Financing We do have financing available. For all finance related questions, options, or to submit an application, please call our eBay Manager, Chris Rey at (321) 720-1344. (Please note: If financing, you must be pre-approved before bidding.) Payments A $500 partial payment is required within 24 hours of the listing’s end. Failure to provide the partial payment within 24 hours will result in the listing being null and void. Space Coast Harley- Davidson must be paid in full within 3 days of the listing’s end. If additional time is needed, arrangements must be made prior to the end of the listing. If Space Coast Harley-Davidson is not paid in full within the 3 days, an unpaid item case will be opened with eBay and you will lose your partial payment. Additional Fees We have a $319 dealer fee on every motorcycle sold through eBay or the dealership. We also have a $499 recondition fee on all Harley’s sold. This flat fee is charged for the services performed and parts installed on the motorcycle before purchase. These fees apply to everyone (dealers, wholesalers, individuals, etc.). Please keep this in mind when bidding, as it will be added to the top of your bid. Florida Residents All Florida residents will be required to pay tax, tag, and registration fees for the state of Florida and their local counties. Out of State Residents There is a $160 out of state registration fee for all non-Florida residents who finance through Harley or prefer to have us handle their registration for them. All non-Florida residents who are having us register their motorcycles will be responsible for the tax, tag, and registration fees in their state and county. Harley-Davidson Dealers Top 2012 Pied Piper Prospect Satisfaction Index

Harley-Davidson dealerships topped the rankings for the 2012 edition of the Pied Piper Prospect Satisfaction Index, an industry benchmarking study examining how well dealerships treat customers, and turning shoppers into buyers. The Pied Piper PSI rated different manufacturers’ dealerships in a number of categories to produce an overall score. The study was conducted between July 2011 and April 2012 with 1,653 anonymous “mystery shoppers” gathering information at different dealerships across the U.S.

The second annual ‘Ride to the Dunes’ charity ride for child abuse awareness kicks off Sunday, June 2 2013, with Grand Marshal Lorenzo Lamas leading the way. The ride will start at Bartels’ Harley-Davidson in Marina Del Rey, California and end at Sycamore Cove State Beach in Malibu, where guests will be treated to lunch and a concert by Alchemy. Riders of all makes and models are welcome to join.

Harley-Davidson Breakout Recall Caused by Fuel Tank Angle

An official recall announcement by the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration sheds some light on the cause of a recall campaign on 2013-2014 Harley-Davidson Breakout and CVO Breakout models. We wrote about the recall last week, after campaigns were initiated in Canada and Australia to address a problem with the fuel sensors not properly reading the correct volume of fuel. We now know the problem is caused by the angle of the fuel tank.
