I have up for sale my 2014 Forty Eight. Long story short, I have a 49 state Harley that does not meet California requirements and now unable to register it.
History of the bike- I bought this as a floor model from MAS (Military Auto Source) Iwakuni, Japan last September. The bike has been in storage for the winter. With last minute order changes, I unexpectedly had to pack up and ship it to California in February and later arrive in April. Upon numerous attempts to register it here, I'm cutting my losses and will put it up for sale. Extras- I also purchased this bike with a 5 year transferable warranty with unlimited tires. Champion Trikes Acquires Lehman Trikes

Harley-Davidson Reports Q1 2013 Results
Thu, 25 Apr 2013Harley-Davidson reported 15.9% increase in motorcycle revenue despite selling 9.1% fewer motorcycles over the first quarter of 2013. According to the company’s first quarter 2013 report, Harley-Davidson recorded revenues of $1.15 billion from motorcycle sales, compared to $995.9 million in the same quarter of 2012. At the same time, Harley-Davidson sold 54,254 motorcycles worldwide over the first quarter, down from 59,677 motorcycles in the same period last year.
Q1 2013 US Motorcycle Sales Results – Sales Down 14.7% from 2011
Wed, 01 May 2013U.S. motorcycle sales were down 14.7% over the first quarter compared to the same period last year, reports the Motorcycle Industry Council. The industry group, which collected data from 20 reporting manufacturers, says American consumers bought 93,375 motorcycles and scooters in the first three months of 2013, down from the 109,425 vehicles purchased in the same period of 2012.
