Harley-Davidson Sportster description

- only one owner
 - kept up will all maintenance, never been crashed, no problems ever with the bike (just a recall on the voltage regular which was fixed)
- added a stage 1 kit ( black Vance and Hines pipes, high flow air filter, computer download)
- custom wheels installed ($4.5k including labor)
- removable windshield (after market), smoke colored, small profile
- had gel padding inserted into original seat for comfort.
- added a high intensity (broader scope) blacked out headlight ($500)
- swing arm bag
- I also have a handle bar bag if you want it
- painted oil cap (notice in the picture with the Chihuahua the oil cap (right under the seat) is painted black. This was chrome
- blacked out various other parts that were chrome

Harley-Davidson Recalls 250,000 Motorcycles for Rear Brake Light Switches

Harley-Davidson is issuing a recall for 250,757 units from its Touring, CVO Touring and Trike line from model years 2009 – 2012. The rear brake light switch on the models in question may become degraded due to the heat from the exhaust systems. This may affect brake light function and may result in a brake fluid leak.

Harley-Davidson Confirms Project Livewire Will Appear In Avengers Movie

From the “Unless-You’ve-Been-Living-Under-A-Rock” department comes Harley-Davidson’s announcement today at the San Diego Comic-Con, that H-D’s first electric motorcycle, the Livewire, will indeed be used in Marvel’s Avengers: Age of Ultron movie as the ride of choice for Natasha Romanoff (a.k.a. Black Widow) played by Scarlett Johansson, in an epic scene with Captain America in the film. Harley-Davidson Suspends All Vehicle Production for Two Weeks

Harley-Davidson announced it is pausing assembly and shipments of all motorcycles for a two-week period due to a problem with a component from a third-party supplier. Production halted as of May 18, the day after Harley-Davidson was notified about the problem by the supplier. The official statement was brief, and offered very little in the way of detail.
