Sportster Custom XL883C. built for street tracker or dirt tracker it has everything you need to convert.
The previous owner had the bike at 3000 miles on it and I purchased the bike with 3000 miles on it. clean running bike but it was stock. I invested a lot of money, blood, sweat, and tears in customizing it. Among the modifications I've made: -The stock triple tree was replaced with a Pro one billite triple tree to allow a wider front tire. -Re-built the front forks with Ricor Intiminator cartridges. -Converted single front disc brake to a dual disc system and touring Brembo calipers -An LED Sportster gas gauge. -Rear shocks replaced with 12.5 inch Progressive shocks. -Supertrapp adjustable dual exhaust. -The 18" spoke wheels are lined to permit use of tubeless tires. -Fat tires - 160/60ZR18 rear, 130/60VR18 front -Added an oil cooler to help with the heat of the city riding I have put on 9000 miles since customizing it. Knievel bikes to go on show in Britain

The True Evel tour will be at the Battistinis California Dreamin' Expo, 28th-29th May 2011 in Bournemouth, UK. Show-goers will get the chance to see Knievel's famous Harley-Davidson which crashed in a jump over a tank of sharks, the X-2 Sky Cycle from the ill-fated Snake River Canyon jump, the Wheelie Dragster Car, and of course the instantly recognisable blue and white leather suits.
Harley-Davidson Recalls 250,000 Motorcycles for Rear Brake Light Switches
Mon, 24 Oct 2011Harley-Davidson is issuing a recall for 250,757 units from its Touring, CVO Touring and Trike line from model years 2009 – 2012. The rear brake light switch on the models in question may become degraded due to the heat from the exhaust systems. This may affect brake light function and may result in a brake fluid leak.
