Harley-Davidson Sportster description

For sale - one man's youth, dreams, and passions. I lusted after a bike for years. Finally, there was nobody to tell me "no" one day, so I went for it and bought a brand new H-D Sportster. Fast forward 9 years and I'm a happy family man with a toddler and IL state law won't allow me to put the car seat on the back of this bike. Even if it's rear-facing.  Go figure. So it's gotta go. Low miles, some chrome, forward controls, stored in a heated garage, starts and runs like a champ. There are a couple of small chips in the paint about the size of a fingernail (see pictures). Hurry while there's still a good amount of riding left in the season. Buyer is responsible for local pickup or arranging for transport.

Walberg talks with vintage toy expert Noel Barrett about various American-made, antique, cast iron motorcycle toys. Barrett shares the history of these early toys, some tips about how one might tell a reproduction from the real thing, and offers his valuation on several highlighted examples. Walberg also takes a ride on a vintage Harley-Davidson Servi-Car.
