Up for sale: 2004 Harley Davidson XL1200C Sportster Custom (***SEE BELOW FOR TERMS OF SALE) - very nice Sportster - runs, drives & shifts flawlessly. Bike looks good - stock paint. Slight performance upgrades: Screamin' Eagle ignition module & high flow intake & filter, Andrews N6 performance cams, Cycle Shack mufflers, Barnett clutch kit, heavy duty diaphragm spring, Dynojet carb kit, chain & sprocket conversion, battery tender harness, smoked turn signals. Bike has been inspected by certified Harley mechanic. This bike is very powerful - but still looks very nice -see pictures for details (pictures do count for most of the description LOOK AT THEM ALL) Please see pictures for additional details.Buyer responsible for vehicle pickup - can deliver to Davenport Blackhawk swap meet for $100 if total price, service fee and delivery fee are paid & cleared by Tuesday, August 30, 2016. ***Price is $6,250 or best offer, plus $99 service fee. The parts that I sell are off used bikes in used condition unless otherwise specified (like our NOS items). I try to describe the parts as best I can and try to answer all questions to the best of my knowledge. These are used parts and most show standard wear and tear for the age of the bikes that they came off of. So please ask questions or for better pictures if needed. NOS parts show normal shelf wear for the age of the parts.

When we list the parts for a bike - we list everything we have. If you do not see an item, it was either not usable or has already sold.

RETURNS: I offer a 100% return policy minus shipping. If I miss something in the description it is an honest mistake I DO NOT MISREPRESENT PARTS TO MAKE A BUCK.

FEEDBACK: If there is a problem, please contact us before leaving a negative rating. Issues can always be worked out - we would rather fix issues than lose a customer.

SHIPPING: Shipping charges and quotes include postage and handling and are an estimate based on the item weight and size using USPS or UPS rates. Most packages are shipped USPS or UPS. Parts are shipped every week day, excluding holidays. P.O. boxes are fine. I do combine shipping when possible (limited by size, weight and fragile nature of item), please wait for an invoice to reflect shipping costs before sending payment. I do offer international shipping; for quotes please send a message through the item. Most international parts will be shipped USPS priority. We print shipping labels directly from PayPal, please ensure your address is correct in PayPal before purchasing your items - items can only be shipped to an address listed in the buyer's account.

COMMUNICATION: Please ask questions using the e-bay messaging system. We do not see notes left in the order details or invoices, only messages sent through e-bay.

ATTENTION INTERNATIONAL BUYERS:

If your country or shipping destination charges, demands, or imposes any customs tax, VAT, tariff, customs duty or levies, royalty, "handling", excise obligation, assessment, or any other charges that are due upon delivery you will accept sole responsibility for full payment as the buyer / recipient. Any items returned for non payment of customs, duties, taxes, fees etc... will require re-payment of shipping charges to be mailed again.

Please don't ask to end auction early I will not, they run to the end . And also if you plan on bidding plan on paying in reasonable time. I pride myself on prompt shipment, I would hope you would pride yourself on paying promptly. Payment is due within four (3) days of auction close, unpaid item cases are opened after the three day period.
