2000 Harley Davidson Sportster 1200 Custom. Bought in 2002 with 4800 miles on it, I have been the only rider since then. Never dropped and always garaged. Brand new front tire, front brake rotor and battery. Vance and Hines Straightshots exhaust, S&S air cleaner, looks and sounds great. Rare "Dragonfly Green" custom paint from the factory. (I have been to dozens of bike rallys and have only seen this paint scheme on one other bike.) Drag bars with riser. Many extras. Buyer will receive all original parts with bike including mirrors, exhaust, turn signals, air cleaner, pegs and grips. Also will include leather Saddlemen throw over bags and passenger backrest not shown in pictures. Great starter bike, fun to ride. Only selling because I purchased a Road King and hate to see this Sporty just sitting in the garage. Would like to see it go to someone who will appreciate it as much as I have. NHTSA Launches Recall Look-up by VIN Tool

Tsunami-Tossed Harley-Davidson from Japan Washes Up in Canada
Mon, 30 Apr 2012A shipping container holding a Harley-Davidson motorcycle with Japanese plates was discovered on a beach in British Columbia, Canada. The container, which appears to be the cargo area of a box truck, is believed to be one of the first notable pieces of debris set adrift by the 2011 Japanese tsunami to land in North America. Beachcomber Peter Mark discovered the containerwhile riding his ATV along an isolated beach on Graham Island, an island south of the Alaskan Panhandle.
MSF Begins Year-long Real World Motorcycle Safety Study
