NO RESERVE AUTION!!! You are bidding on a REAL nice 1999 Sportster model 883C which was their Custom Model, Including a rear Disc Wheel, and 21 inch spoked wheel up front. This bike has been Meticulously maintained by a mechanic, and about 2000 miles ago a 1200 top end kit with Andrews N4 cams added. It really woke up the bike, she runs WELL. No complaints on power. Mechanically Quiet running Harley Motor. Just put a New Battery in it last summer, cleaned out the carb. and Changed oil and filter in fall. This bike is Turn key ready to roll. I have owners Manual and spare key as well. Tires are fair, probably get you through this season.....depending on much your ride. Paint has a couple small imperfections Barley noticeable, I'll try to show in pictures. Please if you are the winner in this auction, I'd like 300 deposit in my PayPal account with in 48 hours of auction close. The rest can be paid in person with CASH, if paying by cashiers check or personal, I will NOT release title till funds have appeared in my account. Also this bike is for sale locally so I can end auction at anytime. I'm only selling because I have 4 motorcycles and my wife say's 3 must go. I'll miss this fine machine. Dodge City 300 Looking To Celebrate Centennial Anniversary In 2014

In 1914 the city of Dodge City, Kansas held a motorcycle race, the Dodge City 300, attracting over 17,000 spectators. By 1921 there were more than 20,000. The race was held on a two-mile dirt oval and was sanctioned by the FAM (Federation of American Motorcyclists).

Harley-Davdison Museum Opens Tsunami Motorcycle Exhibit

From Miyagi Prefecture in Japan to Graham Island in British Columbia, Canada, to Milwaukee, Wis., the motorcycle tossed across the Pacific Ocean by the 2011 Japanese tsunami has landed at the Harley-Davidson Museum. The 2004 Harley-Davidson Softail Night Train owned by earthquake and tsunami survivor Ikuo Yokoyama is now on display at the museum as a memorial to those affected by the March 2011 tsunami. The motorcycle will be preserved in the condition it was in when Canadian beachcomber Peter Mark found it inside a cargo box that washed up on Graham Island in May.
