Used 1998 Sportster Trike with DFT fiberglass body, DNA rear end. Clear Title in MY name.
Belt drive, 1200 cc conversion, Easy Pull clutch, passenger seat (not pictured) and smoke windshield, forward controls. Tires almost new, 883/1200 conversion with less than 5100 miles. Fat boy front end, dual disc front brakes, four piston disc brakes in rear, chrome accents with hog front fender emblem, custom chrome kit, chrome reverse wheels with baby moon hubcaps. Rides out great, steers great, no high speed wobble, runs like a scalded cat. Trunk liner, all lights work, great at highway speeds. Small crack in DFT body by left fender, easy fix. Could use paint job or ride as is. If reserve is met, I will refund $350.00 toward new paint. Shipping is the responsibility of purchaser, but I can and will accommodate shipping company. Will NOT ship overseas, so please don't ask. $500.00 non refundable deposit due within 24 hours of auction end. I will accept PayPal for deposit only. 2012-2013 Harley-Davidson VRSCDX Night Rod Special Recalled for Loose License Plate Bracket
Thu, 25 Oct 2012Harley-Davidson is issuing a recall on all Night Rod Special models from 2012 and some from 2013 because of a potentially loose license plate bracket. According to documents released by the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration, the mounting screws connecting the VRSDCDX‘s license plate bracket to the tail may loosen, potentially causing the plate to rub against the rear tire. This may cause the plate bracket to rotate as well as damage rear brake lines.

The event is organized by the Harley Owners Group (H.O.G.), but non-members are invited to join in to celebrate Harley-Davidson‘s 110th anniversary as well as H.O.G.’s 30th anniversary. “Harley-Davidson is celebrating two big anniversaries this year, and the World Ride is a great way for riders around the world to celebrate them with us,” says Ken Knuteson, H.O.G.
