You are looking at and possibly bidding on a redone 1993 Harley Davidson 883 Sportster Bobber. The bike has been recently painted, new seals, gaskets, and rings. New springer front end, good belt, tires half worn, custom made seat, and many other new parts to many to list. Have all the receipts for all the work done to the bike. The bike is also for sale locally so I reserve the right to stop the ebay auction. I am selling this bike for a friend so if there are any questions that I cant answer I will need 24 hours to get the answer for you. This is a reasonable price bike and one of a kind for someone. Jury Dismisses Suit Against Harley-Davidson Over ABS Indicator
Tue, 20 Dec 2011A Sacramento Superior Court jury has dismissed a lawsuit filed against Harley-Davidson involving a 2009 accident that left one of the plaintiffs with severe brain injuries. Judy Wilson was injured in an April 11, 2009, crash after her husband, Jack, locked the rear wheel of his non-ABS equipped 2008 Harley-Davidson Road Glide. The plaintiffs contended they believed their was equipped with ABS because the instrument panel had an ABS indicator icon and from the salesperson’s sales pitch.
