1200 Pro Sportster Drag Bike Harley-Davidson 1992 5-Speed Sportster This is for a highly modified Sportster Drag bike made for 1/8th mile races. Bike is ready to race, no blown engine on this baby! Lets start with whats done, starting from the Top of the Engine to the Bottom. So The Rocker Boxes are off a buel, cast finish, not polished, not chromed, not painted. The Rockers are Roller Rockers, 1.675 Ratio. Cometic Gaskets. Head Breather Rocker Boxes Buell Lightning Heads 62cc Chambers that have been machined to 30 degree domes. Valves are Stock Buell Lightning Size: 1.715" diameter intake valves, 1.480" diameter exhaust valves Intake and Exhaust ports have been ported and then flowed. They are NOT Polished. Stock Color , Aluminum Raw. Thu, 17 Apr 2014In the new movie, Captain America: The Winter Soldier, Harley-Davidson and Marvel Entertainment have teamed up once again, as our super hero is seen defending man kind on the new Harley-Davidson Street 750. H-D and Marvel have had a long relationship, and to unite fans of both brands, Harley-Davidson is seeking candidates to join Captain America as “Agent 1” and star in a brand-new digital franchise, which will introduce a new chapter of action, including a group of characters created by Marvel’s Custom Division exclusively for Harley, and feature the new Harley-Davidson Street 750. The mini-movie and digital comic will debut in Marvel and Harley-Davidson online and social channels this summer.
Harley-Davidson Reports Q2 2014 Sales Results
Tue, 22 Jul 2014Harley-Davidson reported a net income of $354.2 million over the second quarter of 2014, thanks to a 12.4% increase in sales revenue. Actual motorcycle sales volume stayed about even, however, with unit sales increasing to just 90,218 motorcycles from 90,193 sold in the same quarter last year. Though sales were statistically the same as they were last year, Harley-Davidson generated $1.48 billion in revenue from motorcycle sales alone, up 16.2% from the $1.27 billion reported in the second quarter of 2013.
