Harley-Davidson Sportster description

For sale is a beautiful 1988 HD Sportster. This baby starts right up and runs well. She has a few nicks on the front and rear tire covers, no dents. The primary casing is cracked, but I have a replacement one that will go with the bike. As well, the front tire needs replacing and the speedometer glass is cracked. This bike just needs a little bit of TLC and you will stun passerby's while on a ride. I have a clean NJ title for the bike. Pick up only.

New Harley-Davidson Book Ties Together The Company’s Past

Thu, 08 May 2014

Margie Siegal, former columnist for IronWorks Magazine and motorcycle enthusiast has written a book on the history of the world’s most famous motorcycle, Harley-Davidson. Entitled,  Harley-Davidson: A History of the World’s Most Famous Motorcycle, the book ties together the mechanical evolution of the Harley engines, the social history of Harley and the beautiful visuals associated with Harleys in design, advertising, artful photography and collectibles. Harley-Davidson are words that evoke the open American road and the “Made in America” tradition like no others.

Marisa Miller Takes Harley-Davidson Rider’s Edge Training [Video]

Tue, 26 Jul 2011

If there’s one thing I like more than motorcycles, it’s hot supermodels, such as Victoria’s Secret Angel, Sports Illustrated Swimsuit Issue covergirl and Harley-Davidson spokesmodel Marisa Miller. Miller has appeared in a number of promotional spots for The Motor Company in recent years, most notably for the Harley-Davidson V-Rod Muscle and to support Harley-Davidson’s U.S. Military Appreciation programs (one of Miller’s “American Bombshell” post cards is currently my computer’s desktop wallpaper).
