For Sale is a Custom 1956 KH Model Harley Sportster w/ a 900 Ironhead top end w/ Columbus Springer stock length front end
This is a NO RESERVE auction Bike runs/ drives very good. Has lots of new and aftermarket parts(as listed below) This is a classic example of the 56kh model being adapted to an early ironhead top end to make a stroked 64.50 cube 1057cc ironhead Original numbers matching 56kh bottom end and clean title. Motor is kick start only. 4-6 kick bike every time Hasnt been out this year yet since being put away for winter. NEW/ AFTERMARKET PARTS
Very nice example of a classic/ custom K model ironhead stroker setup. Isn't perfect, but close. does have a couple of small paint chips on the rear fender by the seat mount/ tanks and front fender. Carb could use some fine tuning w/ the adjustable main , but the bike DOES NOT backfire. Otherwise ready to ride/ customize as is. Engine doesnt smoke and has good compression w/ no oil blow bye on the rings does have a front sprocket cover oil leak when running, not major, but worth mentioning.rear upper jug mount is broken Bike has a clean/ clear Numbers matching Ohio title Buyer responsible for all shipping costs.Bike is located in Durand,MI zip 48429.Local pickup offered. The Best Western Ride Rewards Photo Contest is open to motorcycle riders and runs until July 15.
