Harley-Davidson Softail description

I am regrettably forced to sell this fantastic bike.  I need the money and my health prevents me from riding very much.  About the bike:

2007 Softail Deluxe FLSTN
***Black Pearl color that is the color of actual black pearls which means it is a dark grey color with a pearl-like finish.
*** 96 cubic inch engine and the 6-speed transmission which was a big improvement over the old 5-speeds, especially for longer trips.
*** Only 8,800 miles, enough miles to keep it running great, but not too many to wear things out.
*** Always garage kept, never been in accident or dropped.  Seriously, its in super nice shape.
*** Includes removable windshield (great for long highway trips) and removable backrest.
*** Upgrades chrome and rubber floor boards and grips.

I also have a lot of accessories available at good prices such as: heated gloves, locks, battery tender, jackets, boots, helmets, etc.

Please only respond if you are serious and have the money.  This is a good price for a great bike.
I am not interested in any trades.

AMA Honors Zero and Scot Harden with Bessie Stringfield Award

Tue, 04 Mar 2014

The American Motorcyclist Association has bestowed a special recognition award to Zero Motorcycles and its Vice President of Marketing, Hall-of-Famer Scot Harden, for their work in attracting new riders and the positive impact they’ve delivered to mainstream media. Harden (pictured above from our recent Zero FX dirt riding review) and Zero were awarded the AMA Bessie Stringfield Award which recognizes individuals who have been instrumental in bringing emerging markets to motorcycling. The award is named after 2002 AMA Hall of Fame inductee Bessie Stringfield, the first African-American woman to ride solo across the United States and a civilian motorcycle dispatch rider for the army in World War II.
