It is much easier to clean than chrome and gives the bike its dark custom look. Next on this list was to get rid of the stock paint. Lets face it....anyone can ride around on a stock bike. The paint on this bike is a vivid black base coat with a flat grey accent panel as well as shadowed lines and a bold orange #1 to let everyone else who sees your bike know that its the best. Harley has a long standing tradition of using the #1 logo so we felt it only appropriate to use it on this one of a kind bike. To match the orange in the paint, we had the wheels coated with a candy orange to give it a distinguished look....all while not being too much. The stance of this bike is one of the first things that draws you to it. We've lowered it down in the rear and added a small fairing up front to make it look like the bike is going 100mph while sitting still! New 2012 Harley-Davidson Models Named in CARB Documents
Mon, 20 Jun 2011Documents released by the California Air Resources Board reveal two new models from Harley-Davidson’s 2012 lineup: a 10th anniversary edition V-Rod and a new member of the Dyna family. The CARB documents list motorcycles that have received approval for the state of California. The Motor Company has received approval for several 2012 models including the 2012 Harley-Davidson Night Rod Special Anniversary and the 2012 Harley-Davidson Switchback.
