Detroit Police Department Restores 1937 Harley-Davidson Knucklehead

The Detroit Police Department revealed a restored a 1937 Harley-Davidson Knucklehead police bike that was found during the move to its new headquarters. The 76-year-old police motorcycle was found disassembled at the old headquarters after several decades in storage. According to MLive, the police department attempted to restore the motorcycle in 1974 but never got around to completing it.

Harley-Davidson Hitting Sturgis In Full Force

Harley-Davidson is kicking off the 74th Annual Sturgis Motorcycle Rally in the Black Hills of South Dakota with a full arsenal of activities and events that will electrify all motorcycle enthusiasts. The highly anticipated rally runs from Saturday, August 2 through Saturday, August 9. 2014 Harley-Davidson CVO Lineup Revealed

Harley-Davidson revealed four models in its limited-production 2014 Custom Vehicle Operations. The CVO Breakout introduced last year is back for 2014, and this time it is joined by the all-new CVO Softail Deluxe (pictured above) and the CVO Road King and CVO Limited touring models which also received elements of Harley-Davidson’s new Project Rushmore initiative. All four CVO models get exclusive components and paint treatments not available on other Harley-Davidson models, as well as a number of accessories from the company’s catalog.
