We are selling a Highly Customized, 2012 1/2 Harley Softail Slim, This bike won the Willie G Davidson award in Sturgis for "Best use of Genuine Harley Parts and Accessories" in 2012. The last picture in the ad shows the Black Bike as it was purchased. All other pictures are the actual bike, not a brochure. You will NEVER see another one like this!! I am rushing to get the ad done so I will be brief. The bike has a 103" motor with performance cams, dual exhaust, custom wheels, custom 2-up seat with Driver backrest(all alligator with orange stitching), all custom sheet metal and Custom Paint By Paragon Customs. The paint is White Magnolia Pearl and Sedona Orange with lots of custom touches. It runs a Memphis Shades Fairing which is painted to match of course. It is also fuel injected and has a 4" velocity Stack. It was featured in a local Calendar which I could provide a copy to the buyer. Lots of blacked out items with chrome accents. All I got for now. The Hydra-Glide name celebrates its 75th anniversary, dating back to the first hydraulic fork that was equipped to a Harley-Davidson, replacing the springer front end in 1949, while the “slash” fuel tank design, emblem, classic round air filter cover, two-toned windshield, seat, and cases, are all nods to the 1956 FLH. Harley-Davidson Hiring 400 Temporary Workers
Wed, 13 Nov 2013Harley-Davidson is looking for 400 casual workers for its factory in York, Pa., to help with a planned seasonal surge in production. The jobs begin in January 2014 and will run through until the end of May. “When we ramp up production to meet customer demands, it allows us the manufacturing flexibility to build the right bike, the right time for the right person,” Harley-Davidson Spokesperson Bernadette Lauer tells the York Daily Record.
