2008 Harley-Davidson Softail Night Train FXSTB, This 2008 Harley-Davidson Softail Night Train is painted Pewter Denim. I think it compliments the Blacked out Night Train features perfectly. A Corbin seat was installed by its previous owner. Most people really like these seats and like any premium product they are priced at premium! The fact that this bike already has one installed will make your wallet very happy. Harley-Davidson supplied the Screamin' Eagle muffler set. It sounds better than stock but is not too loud. In the rear you will find a blacked out and quick detachable padded passenger's back rest and luggage rack. These are very handy. I use mine a lot. The remainder of this FXSTB is stock. Its 96 C.I. counter balanced V-twin motor and 6 speed cruise drive transmission became a standard feature for these models in 2007. Fuel injection was also standard for this bike. I had to pay extra for FI on my 2001 FXSTB. Night Trains have a different riding position than the other Softails and that's one of the many reasons I like them. Jury Dismisses Suit Against Harley-Davidson Over ABS Indicator
Tue, 20 Dec 2011A Sacramento Superior Court jury has dismissed a lawsuit filed against Harley-Davidson involving a 2009 accident that left one of the plaintiffs with severe brain injuries. Judy Wilson was injured in an April 11, 2009, crash after her husband, Jack, locked the rear wheel of his non-ABS equipped 2008 Harley-Davidson Road Glide. The plaintiffs contended they believed their was equipped with ABS because the instrument panel had an ABS indicator icon and from the salesperson’s sales pitch.

It turns out the next Sportster wasn’t the only new model accidentally leaked by Harley-Davidson. Another accessory product listing, this time for a Pan America locking fuel cap, revealed two more model codes: the RA975 and RA965S.
