Due to a tragic illness, we are selling this 2008 Cross Bones.This belongs to one of the east coasts most well known builders,Lew Jolly. Unfortunately,Lew is in a long recovery and riding is not an option at this time. This is truly a one of a kind opportunity. It is a 103" motor with Wiseco pistons, 577 Red Shift cams,ported heads,30 tooth front pulley,Thundermax with autotune ECU,Bassani Pro street pipes,ARP studs and nuts and tons of custom features. This was his personal ride and everything was done by him so you know it's right.I have seen this bike go around and pull away from big motor bikes owned by other techs and make it look easy. It's high compression but blueprinted so the combination starts with no compression releases. Hand painted lettering done by Lew himself.Been back and forth to New Hampshire twice and climbed Mt. Washington with no issues what so ever. Beat the bar hoppers with an everyday rider. This is his last street ready bike left in his stable. Triple digits in torque and horsepower. Arlen Ness B-Day Bash At Petersen Museum
Fri, 31 May 2013On July 12 the Petersen Automotive Museum is throwing a birthday party for one of motorcycling’s customizing icons, Arlen Ness. The B-day celebration will be followed by a V-Twin Cruise-In on July 13 and punctuated by a summer-long exhibit entitled Arlen Ness: Art on Two Wheels. The July 12th birthday party is open to the public and the $95 ticket price puts you in the company of Arlen and other customizing aristocrats and also includes cocktails and dinner.

Tue, 04 Feb 2014The Motorcycle Industry Council (MIC) reported a modest 1.4% growth in U.S. motorcycle and scooter sales in 2013, with consumers purchasing 465,783 vehicles. The sales data represents numbers from the MIC’s member brands which include BMW, Can-Am, Ducati, Harley-Davidson, Honda, Kawasaki, KTM, the Piaggio Group (which includes Aprilia, Moto Guzzi and Vespa), Victory, Suzuki, Triumph and Yamaha.

It makes you wonder what Mattel, the company behind the plastic duo, has next in the pipeline. Maybe they'll have a model of Birmingham airport, where Ken can kick the sh*t out of rival bike gang members?
