Harley-Davidson Softail description
this is a very nice low milage fatboy. hard to find these bikes with this milage. I bought it off the original owner and he put all the miles on it. its in excellent condition. all stock except for the pipes. I don't know the brand name of the pipes but they sound very good. its a carbureted bike and runs very well. you hardly have to choke it when you first start it up. runs and rides great. the paint is near perfect. no dents and no scratches that you can see. im taking offers on the bike but the buy it now price is not far off what I will take for it so be realistic with the offers. |

Sporting motorcycles place an emphasis on handling, acceleration, and braking, while touring bikes tend to focus on cargo capacity, rider comfort, and long-range capability.
Harley-Davidson's Production Stoppage Was Caused by Non-compliant Brake Lines
Fri, 29 Jul 2022Production ramps up to meet year-end targets Back in May, Harley-Davidson announced it would temporarily halt motorcycle production due to a “regulatory compliance matter” regarding an unspecified part from a third-party supplier. Harley-Davidson initially estimated the stoppage would last two weeks but it eventually lasted 19 days before production resumed on June 6. The actual cause for the delay remained unclear some speculating the issue was related to the powertrains, as the stoppage only affected Harley-Davidson’s gas engine-powered motorcycles and not the electric LiveWires.
