Harley-Davidson Softail description

Beautiful Bike in like new condition.  It is lowered to fit my wife who is 5'3" tall.  Stunning to look at and sounds ferocious!

It has many extras:
1.  Mustang Seat = $600
2.  Lowering kit installed = $300
3.  Pull back extension for handle bars = $300
4.  Vance & Hines Pipes = $360
5.  Kuryakyn LED gray tail light conversion kit (flashing brake) $300

I bought this bike for my wife several years ago and she just doesn't ride it enough to make keeping it worthwhile.  She has always taken wonderful care of it and it is an attention getting bike--always gets admiring comments and glances.
The pipes sound fantastic as Vance&Hines should.  The Mustang seat is comfortable for long rides.  The entire bike is set up for someone who needs a bike closer to the ground and with a shorter reach.

Heritage Classics do not disappoint--one of Harley's most popular bikes.

Pope Francis To Auction Harley-Davidson For Charity

Mon, 21 Oct 2013

During Harley-Davidson‘s 110th anniversary celebrations earlier this year, Pope Francis was given not one, but two Harley-Davidsons, a 2013 Heritage Softail Classic and Dyna Super Glide Custom. Not one for gaudy excess (or a motorcycle ride for that matter), Pope Francis has decided to put both up for auction. Specifically, the Pope has donated the bikes to the Caritas charity near Rome.

Harley-Davidson Hiring 400 Temporary Workers

Wed, 13 Nov 2013

Harley-Davidson is looking for 400 casual workers for its factory in York, Pa., to help with a planned seasonal surge in production. The jobs begin in January 2014 and will run through until the end of May. “When we ramp up production to meet customer demands, it allows us the manufacturing flexibility to build the right bike, the right time for the right person,” Harley-Davidson Spokesperson Bernadette Lauer tells the York Daily Record.
