Harley-Davidson Softail description

The bike is a one owner motorcycle. The bike has been garage kept and undercover since it was new. The bike has custom pinstriping and lots of powdercoating. It has a 21" front wheel with aluminum hub and powdercoated black with stainless 80 spoke. The rear wheel is 18" and powdercoated black with stainless 80 spoke. The exhaust is martin brothers wrapped with heat wrap under the heat wrap the pipes have been ceramic coated black. It also has a wimmer air cleaner. The handlebars are whiskey bars from choppers inc. along with the risers and grips are also from choppers inc.. It has been lowered 2" but can be adjusted. The bike has 5 degree triple trees and black lower legs. Harley black floating rotors and lots more parts to many to list all

To commemorate this event, the Harley-Davidson Museum is giving visitors a behind-the-scenes glimpse into the design and planning process that supports its legendary anniversary celebrations in its latest exhibit, Designing a Celebration, opening Friday, Jan. 18.

A large number of military personnel are also motorcyclists, with many dreaming of the day they can hop back on their steeds after deployment. Harley-Davidson understands this, and in cooperation with Army Special Forces Association Chapter 64, Harley-Davidson Screamin’ Eagle/Vance & Hines riders Eddie Krawiec and Andrew Hines are joining Summit Racing Equipment and Armed Forces Entertainment November 18-22 for Operation Appreciation, an annual visit to American troops stationed overseas. After three years of visiting American military personnel based in Europe, Operation Appreciation will travel to the Middle East to visit troops in Kuwait, the United Arab Emirates, and Bahrain.
