Up for auction is this stunning 2005 Harley Heritage Softail. This is a two owner bike with hardly 10,000 miles on it. The light use is evident in the near perfect condition of the chrome and polished accents. The engine appears flawless, with not the slightest hint of any oil beginning to weep. This bike has always been stored indoors and with its new battery, fires straight away and settles into a classic Harley idle. The fuel injection makes for a smooth, reliable touring bike and the included windscreen and saddlebags add comfort to those longer trips. Also included are a passenger saddle and OEM owners manual. Most Obvious Press Release Of 2013: Biker Chicks Sexier Than Pedestrians
Tue, 31 Dec 2013In a misallocation of funds Harley-Davidson recently spent an untold buttload of money proving something men have known for years: That women who ride motorcycles are sexier and better between the sheets than women who don’t ride. Common responses from male motorcyclists to the press release were: Duh; Tell me something I didn’t already know; Can I be a recruiter? Meant to entice non-riding females into the Harley-Davidson army by pimping the Bar & Shield’s website, www.h-d.com/women, the press release was peppered with effeminate catchphrases such as “physical intimacy, “communication,” and “improves relationships” but the basal message is one of female motorcyclists being sexier, happier and more confident than their non-riding counterparts.
Afghan Heroes tribute Harley MT350
Tue, 29 Nov 2011The above Harley-Davidson MT350 has been created in honor of the UK soldiers killed over the last ten years in the Afghanistan conflict. This particular MT350 was previously used by British forces in Afghanistan and will now act as a memorial for the charity Afghan Heroes. The tribute was created by Paul Ferguson and Martin Turner, and now features the name of each fallen serviceman or woman, accompanied by their age and the date they were killed in action.
