I have finally decided to sell one of my most prized possessions. This bike is as flawless as it gets and has been meticulously maintained in every way. It is one of 1000 made in this color combo, and has one of the nicest rides of any Harley I have ridden. Its been kept in a climate controlled garage under a cover and battery tendered over the cold weather months. Has yet to see a wet road and had all fresh Amsoil fluids last fall. Comes with all keys, including the Gold key and is 100% complete with only 4,550 miles. It will also come with the cover and battery tender. The only reason I am selling it is to get something more comfortable for my wife and I to ride together. I will consider trading for a touring Harley of equal or greater value (I can add cash). Harley Recalls 25,000 2014 Touring Models
Wed, 16 Oct 2013Harley-Davidson is acting quickly to address potential safety issues by voluntarily recalling certain 2014 Touring motorcycles equipped with a hydraulic clutch system that may pose a safety issue for riders and/or passengers. The recalls include a Do Not Ride notice to owners and a Do Not Deliver notice to Harley-Davidson dealers until the motorcycle is fixed. “The safety of our customers is our highest priority,” said Tony Wilcox, Harley-Davidson General Manager of Motorcycle New Product Delivery.
Bonhams To Sell Garelli Grand Prix Collection At No Reserve
Wed, 28 Nov 2012Mark your calendars for February 5 and 6, 2013, as those are the dates when Bonhams — one of the world’s largest auctioneers of fine arts and antiques — will put for sale two motorcycle collections which include some incredibly rare and historic machines. The Grand Palais in Paris, France will play host to the auction, which includes the entire Garelli Grand Prix collection as its headliner. Founded in 1919, many famous Italian racers got their starts on Garelli motorcycles.
