I have a 1998 Harley Davidson Heritage Springer. The bike has custom exhaust, big sucker air cleaner, neons that can change color and flash fast /slow or stay solid, removable windshield. I also just added the new style bright hi def head light and LED tail light. It has 18xxx miles. Use synthetic oil. It is extremely clean, never laid down and runs excellent. Only selling because I just purchased an ultra classic. Pictures are cureent. THERE ARE NO CHIPS IN THE PAINT, IT IS REFLECTIONS OF THE CHROME SHOWING ON THE TANK AND A CAR IN THE BACK GROUND. H-D Confirms Road Glide Dump

In a conference call with investors yesterday, Harley-Davidson Inc. admitted the rumors are true: the Motor Company is dropping the Road Glide. According to the Milwaukee Business Journal, during the investor call Thursday discussing second-quarter results Harley-Davidson (NYSE: HOG) Senior Vice President and CFO John Olin publicly confirmed the previously reported model dump to the Motor Company’s Touring lineup.

More Evidence of a Harley-Davidson Pan America 975 Emerges

Earlier this year, we wrote about how signs of a Pan America 975 were mistakenly mentioned in an official Harley-Davidson web page for an accessory locking fuel cap. Up until shortly after our article went live, the page listed the fuel cap as being compatible with the RA1250 (Pan America 1250) and RA1250S (Pan America 1250 Special) as well as two unannounced models: the RA975 and RA965S, which we assumed to be Pan America models powered by the 975cc version of the Revolution Max engine, like the one equipped on the Nightster. Motorcycle.com has now obtained further evidence of the existence of middleweight versions of Harley-Davidson’s adventure-tourer, once again from Harley itself, as well as the U.S.
