Harley-Davidson Softail description

1997 Springer Softail, Birch white with blue trim, fresh 1340 motor, leather is in good condition with blue trim, seat is new,

passenger backrest, windshield, lots of extra chrome. Fresh service including new gel battery. Motor was rebuilt by previous owner at

21,500 miles. I rode it for years and just had a stage 3 performance option performed. Edelbrock heads (increases compression to 9.5) with 3 angle valve job, new rings, VThunder 3020 cam & adjustable pushrods, new Harley lifters, carb gone thru and jetted, K&N filter, Screamin Eagle ignition module (P code), factory front pipes with Rush performance mufflers, presently about 700 miles since done, present mileage is about 32,500. This is a very clean bike that is well cared for. It does show some light surface scratches due to it's age. Some consider the 97's with blue trim as the most desired Springers. I am in my mid 60's, so it has not been a hot rod. Tires probably have about 8,000 miles left if riding solo. Motor is probably in the vicinity of 80HP.

I might consider trades. I am selling it because I just have the bug to get another bike. Any questions..email or call 772-410-7639.
