Hard to find White with Red Stripes, Heritage Softtail Springer in EXCELLENT condition. All maintenance records available. Extras include: S&S carb; Andrews cams & pushrods; Sampson exhaust; Kyrurn handgrips, floorboards, highway pegs; front & rear crash bars; new tires; plenty of show chrome. Also available is the passenger "pad" and original stock mufflers. Newer battery w/ maintained charge. Runs very strong; sounds great.

I have all the paperwork on that; he had the whole motor gone through when there was just about three thousand miles or so. The next owner...a fireman from Columbus, who bought it when he was down in Florida, did little to it, other than basic maintenance. Between the two, they stripped it down: took off the windshield, put straight pipes on and had a small solo saddle Mustang seat on it, it looked really clean, but, it was not set up for longer rides & comfort. We did buy and put most stuff back on. The owner is a lady. It has been garage kept its entire life. One time it was a show bike at Columbus where the present owner bought it.. Mon, 16 Jan 2012A new display in the Harley-Davidson museum in Milwaukee is set to open at the end of this week exhibiting the artwork of the firm's styling chief Willie G Davidson. As well as being the grandson of the original 'Davidson' and in charge of all Harley's styling, it turns out that Willie G is a dab hand with a paintbrush. According to Harley-Davidson, the display will include “idyllic rural landscapes and still life watercolour paintings with strong luminosity and form that hint at time spent in the countryside during 48 years as the pacesetter in motorcycle design.” The firm's museum has also announced other special exhibits planned for later in the year, including “Journey of the Iron Elite: The Evolution of Motorcycle Culture through the Eyes of African-Americans” and “Born to be Wild: The Black Leather Jacket” - a 4000-square-foot display dedicated purely to black biker jackets...

Mon, 07 May 2012Harley-Davidson dealerships topped the rankings for the 2012 edition of the Pied Piper Prospect Satisfaction Index, an industry benchmarking study examining how well dealerships treat customers, and turning shoppers into buyers. The Pied Piper PSI rated different manufacturers’ dealerships in a number of categories to produce an overall score. The study was conducted between July 2011 and April 2012 with 1,653 anonymous “mystery shoppers” gathering information at different dealerships across the U.S.
