Harley-Davidson Other description

Long popular with riders, the Road King is a great touring/cruising motorcycle. The Twin Cam 96 engine has lots of power and can easily support two people. The seat is soft and comfortable for long trips, and the dual hard saddlebag compartments provide ample storage for all of your travel gear. ANTILOCKING BRAKES brakes, luggage rack, Screaming Eagle exhaust and electronic throttle control give this bike all the modern amenities. Touring features include the windshield and passenger seat, which are easily removable, allowing for quick conversion to a custom solo look. Accenting the traditional styling is an electric speedometer mounted into a diecast chrome dash, and a large, nostalgic Hiawatha headlight nacelle. Come in for a look, or call Vince for more information at 515-289-XXXX. After hours call 515-202-XXXX. See the Road King on-line at www.crownemotors.com for additional pictures and our complete inventory. Thanks for looking!

Dave Grohl Drums to the Sound of a Harley-Davidson Motorcycle

Fri, 31 Jul 2009

I’ve got a lot of respect for Dave Grohl.  He’s amazingly talented and very driven.  Even after Nirvana, the guy is still kicking and in the spotlight with the Foo Fighters and the millions of other side projects he’s done (ie: Queens of the Stone Age). Apparently he’s also a big motorcycle guy. Harley-Davidson did a little video on Dave, featuring him drumming on a snare drum to the exhaust pipes of a Harley-Davidson.  The seven minute video goes on about how Mr Grohl bought his first motorcycle when the Nirvana album “Nevermind” started to become big.

Wesll Quad Prototype

A number of manufacturers have tinkered with various three-wheeled motorcycle applications over the years. Companies like Piaggio, Can-Am, Brudeli and even Harley-Davidson have produced unique trikes with ranging levels of success. The Wesll Corporation is attempting to do one better, literally, as it develops a four-wheeled mechanism that could be applied to many different kinds of bikes.
