Up for sale is a vintage 1937 Harley Davidson Servicar. Came from a Packard Dealership in PA. many years ago. This bike was painted before the war to look like a 1938. This bike was in dry storage for many years. This has had a lot of work done to it over the years. Top end was rebuilt,generator rebuilt.carb rebuilt,trans rebuilt,front end rebuilt.new sears tires from the 70s.Wiring was started at the dash but needs to be finished hooked up. Timer was also rebuilt,has great compression.Should not take a lot of work to get this running. Will need minor hook ups to finish. Original Speedometer rebuilt with n.o.s. face. All gauges and ignition are in good shape. Will need coil,battery,and some hardware to finish. also has N.O.S. WLA shifter on tanks but is too short at the gate to make full sweep needs correct year shifter or lengthen this one about half inch on the top. This is a rust free sheet metal machine but fenders do have some dents on the sides. Headlight was rebuilt with original bucket and N.O.S. reflector,trim ring,and bulb.front fender light and taillight are also very good. Frame was repaired by the seat post many years ago. Frame,wheels and springer were repainted many years ago and do not see any rust pits. All components that were rebuilt on this bike were done by Lancaster Harley Davidson,and Bills in Berwick according to the previous owner. Harley-Davidson revealed the new 2015 Electra Glide Ultra Classic Low and Ultra Limited Low, offering what it calls the the lowest seat height of any premium touring motorcycle on the market. Designed with riders 5 feet 7 inches and shorter in mind, the two Low models have a seat height of 25.6 inches from the ground, or 1.7 inches lower than the regular models. The lower seat isn’t the only change to accommodate shorter riders.

Harley-Davidson Donated $4.5 Million to Various Causes in 2012

Harley-Davidson donated more than $4.5 million to support various charitable groups in 2012. The donations, which include both grants and merchandise, went to several organizations, including those around Harley-Davidson‘s bases in Milwaukee, Wis., York, Pa., and Kansas City, Mo., but also to groups across the nation. The Milwaukee chapter of Habitat for Humanity received a $200,000 grant for its Neighborhood Revitalization Initiative, helping fund housing projects in the Washington Park community.
