Selling my 1984 Harley Davidson FXRS (club style set up.) Looks and runs well!! Black Paint job less then a year ago. Rebuilt motor, NO leaks or problems. custom black seat with red stiching, custom exhaust pipe, 12" risers with MX Bars, odometer reads 76,001 mis but rebuilt motor has about 20,000mis on it. Currently has Oregon plate and tags good until June 2015. Tires are new. Red LED lamps placed under gas tank, 80" EVO motor, S&S super Carb,Great bike, selling due to family relocating out of state. Harley-Davidson to Assemble More Models in India

Harley-Davidson is expanding its assembly operations in India, increasing the number of models imported as complete knockdown kits to nine. Harley-Davidson will now assemble the Fat Boy, Fat Boy Special and Heritage Softail Classic in India, joining six models already being assembled in India. The move follows India’s new budget which increases import duties on motorcycles with engines larger than 800cc to 75% from the previous rate of 60%.

2012-2013 Harley-Davidson VRSCDX Night Rod Special Recalled for Loose License Plate Bracket

Harley-Davidson is issuing a recall on all Night Rod Special models from 2012 and some from 2013 because of a potentially loose license plate bracket. According to documents released by the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration, the mounting screws connecting the VRSDCDX‘s license plate bracket to the tail may loosen, potentially causing the plate to rub against the rear tire. This may cause the plate bracket to rotate as well as damage rear brake lines.
