Harley-Davidson Other description
("HUGE PRICE REDUCTION") This 1 off custom was built by Dan Bell of Mountain Choppers (mountainchoppers.net and mountainchoppers.blogspot.com). Themed "BLACK NASTY", the build was inspired by hunting African Cape Buffalo which is 1 of the most dangerous big game animals on the planet, hence the title..."Black Nasty". Features include, original, 1 off bronze work never attempted on a build like this. All of the figurines are hand crafted and cast from bronze. The oil tank figurines have fire red "RUBIES" for eyes. All bronzes are finished with a beautiful chemical patina that is almost life-like. Drive train is all H-D with black Evo (new from factory) motor and (new from factory) 5 gear H-D transmission with rear double roller chain. Rigid frame was custom built by ATLAS to my dimensions and powder coated gray with black flecs. PM wheels, 21" front, 18" rear, with Avon Venoms. Plating is a mixture of Black Chrome and Standard Show Chrome. Fat six over glide front end. Rear disk brake. Semi-flat paint from Germany at $1000 per gallon, never needs waxing, you just wipe with windex. YES, I SAID WINDEX !!! Custom seat is of African Cape Buffalo leather that I personally bagged in Africa, (pics on request). S&S Super "E" with PM air cleaner. I've pre-owned only, "THE BEST OF BEST" parts which if you know what you are looking at, you will recognize. For the last (2) years I have taken this bike around the country to the largest hunting conventions in the world. The bike has been featured in many magazines and has been on several of the hunting channels during this time. I have all the information/photos/articles and DVD's to substantiat this(view my (2) web sites for more details). I have been building Custom Choppers since 1978, old school is my passion. In 2009, I was invited to build a bike for the ARLEN NESS show in San Jose, Ca. for their "PREMEIR CLASS". The bike I built brought home awards (see my web sites with me and NESS, the master. I'm selling this bike way below my build costs. The original bronze art alone was 15k. Good luck, Feel free to call if you have questions @ 509-684-XXXX. Regards, Dan Bell Mountain Choppers,LLC
