1982 Suzuki GS 850 GL Clean title, second owner, original 16,006km. Frame has been chopped for a solo seat, welds have been smoothed out, all unused brackets after the mock up have been cut off and and frame has been cleaned up.Frame, swing-arm and other components ave been sand blasted and powder coated.Engine has been inspected for proper working conditions, and painted.Carburetors have been rebuilt and re-jetted, new petcock, new fuel lines. Tank has been sandblasted, and re painted with an OEM Nissan gloss black, grey pinstripe, and matte black face.All break components have been cleaned and rebuilt with OEM Suzuki rebuild kits, front master has been replaced with a new one.Electrical components have been moved under the tank and a new dry-cell battery under the seat for a clean look. LED tail light with flashers have been incorporated in the seat for a smooth finish.New flashers up front, new headlight brackets, new horn. new mirrors. The Hydra-Glide name celebrates its 75th anniversary, dating back to the first hydraulic fork that was equipped to a Harley-Davidson, replacing the springer front end in 1949, while the “slash” fuel tank design, emblem, classic round air filter cover, two-toned windshield, seat, and cases, are all nods to the 1956 FLH. 2023 Harley-Davidson X 350 Revealed for China
Fri, 10 Mar 2023H-D/QJ Motor connection finally bears fruit Harley-Davidson has officially revealed the X 350 for the Chinese market, a small displacement flat track-inspired roadster produced with Qianjiang Motor (QJ Motor). As of this writing, the X 350 is only confirmed for China, though a modified variant known as the X350RA will be used in Harley-Davidson Rider Academy programs in the U.S. QJ and Harley-Davidson have been working on the X 350 since 2019, though the motorcycle traces its lineage a little earlier to the TNT300 from QJ-owned Benelli.
Five Takeaways from Harley-Davidson's Q4 2022 Results
Thu, 02 Feb 2023Del Mar delays, Project Fuel and the X350RA Harley-Davidson presented its fourth quarter 2022 financial results, and the results were generally strong, but not without a few hiccups. The quarter was strong, compared to the previous year, with revenues ($1.14 billion vs $1.02 billion), operating income (profit of $4 million vs loss of $7 million) diluted earnings per share ($0.28 versus $0.14) showing increases in 2022. For the year, Harley-Davidson reported revenues of $5.76 billion compared to $5.34 billion in 2021, and an operating income of $909 million compared to $823 million in the previous year.
