1940s Harley big twin flat head or knucklhead frame. Neck and front tubes have been replaced with chopper neck and twisted steel bars, see pics. Once upon a time, some chopper guys cut up a nice big twin frame, luckily they didn't get too crazy. This frame can be restored to factory correct with a new neck and front down tubes. Other areas look good, can see some hallmarks in the pics. I think this frame has some brazed joints and maybe some welded joints. I'm just saying it's a 1940s frame, not sure of the exact year. Up for auction is a 1940 Harley Davidson ULH Flathead. Engine number ULH 3207. Do not see any frame numbers. This bike came out of an estate, so I am not sure of any modifications. Bike should be Cleaned up and sorted out and would make a very Cool Vintage Custom Rider. I know the bike was running when parked but sure it needs to be sorted out a little. Seems to have good compression. Looks like mikuni carburetor was last thing put on it, not sure if ran since. Paint looks good. Chrome is nice but has some bad spots. Showing 3300 miles, maybe since build. Shifts good. Front disc brake looks to be incomplete. Has a later frame with swing arm. Seat doesn’t look right on the bike to me. Looks to have had a lot of money spent building it. I am not familiar with Harleys so didn’t try and get running and please ask questions. Sold as is. Fri, 10 Mar 2023H-D/QJ Motor connection finally bears fruit Harley-Davidson has officially revealed the X 350 for the Chinese market, a small displacement flat track-inspired roadster produced with Qianjiang Motor (QJ Motor). As of this writing, the X 350 is only confirmed for China, though a modified variant known as the X350RA will be used in Harley-Davidson Rider Academy programs in the U.S. QJ and Harley-Davidson have been working on the X 350 since 2019, though the motorcycle traces its lineage a little earlier to the TNT300 from QJ-owned Benelli.

Thu, 02 Feb 2023Del Mar delays, Project Fuel and the X350RA Harley-Davidson presented its fourth quarter 2022 financial results, and the results were generally strong, but not without a few hiccups. The quarter was strong, compared to the previous year, with revenues ($1.14 billion vs $1.02 billion), operating income (profit of $4 million vs loss of $7 million) diluted earnings per share ($0.28 versus $0.14) showing increases in 2022. For the year, Harley-Davidson reported revenues of $5.76 billion compared to $5.34 billion in 2021, and an operating income of $909 million compared to $823 million in the previous year.
