Harley-Davidson Other tech info
Harley-Davidson Other description
This trike is so cool to ride. 383 stroker with about 420 HP I was told, with a 700R4 transmission and a Jag independent read end. It is plated in California. The frame was built by a professional frame builder in Florida and has a vin #.($12,000. for frame unpainted) Really nice power coat on the frame. The custom Corbin seat is great. Cooling system works very good. The side covers are made from a grill, installed with Dzus fittings. removes quickly and works well. Installed behind the license plate is a trailer hitch I was planing to use my large cooler rack to carry two large suit cases or lawn chairs and a cooler. The head light was custom made in England, it looks great but not too bright. The bottom lights helps this problem. Top of the line Dakota Digital information center gauge.
I have $36,000. cash and countless hrs invested, time to move on to something else interesting. Looking for a 2500 Denali, maybe a 2 wheel motorcycle

Milwaukee’s The Iron Horse Hotel
Tue, 19 May 2009Historically speaking, the kinds of places that have openly accepted or invited motorcycle enthusiasts and their bikes were lacking in a number of areas. While they may have been convenient and offered motorcycle-friendly amenities, they did so with little comfort or luxury. On the other hand, accommodations on the higher end of the spectrum were pretentious and inconvenient for storing bikes and gear.
Want to Buy the Pope’s Harley?
Mon, 13 Jan 2014In February, Bohnams auction house in Paris will allow both the Catholic and the Harley faithful to bid on a Harley-Davidson Dyna Super Glide owned by none other than Pope Francis, himself. Given to the Pope last year as part of the Harley-Davidson 110th anniversary celebration, the bike was unlikely to become the Popecycle because of the security required to protect the pontiff. The Pope donated the Dyna to the Roman Catholic charity Caritas Roma but not before signing the tank with “Francesco” at a special ceremony at the Vatican last November.
Motorcycles at the 2009 Frankfurt Auto Show
Mon, 28 Sep 2009Two weeks ago, I took a break from my regular duties gathering news for Motorcycle.com to fly to Germany to cover the 2009 Frankfurt Auto Show for our sister site AutoGuide.com. For two hectic days, AutoGuide editor Colum Wood and I scrambled across the massive 6.2 million square foot Messe Frankfurt trade fair compound, running from press conference to press conference to get the latest on exotic sport cars, futuristic concept models and international unveilings from the automotive world. It was heaven for car lovers, but for me, it meant fighting my way through hordes of photogs, auto-journalists and car show models to get the first photos of four-wheeled goodies from MINI, Ferrari and Lotus.
