It has a stage 1 air filter, true dual Fredom Performance exhaust with performance baffles, engine guard with highway pegs, upgraded driver and rider floorboards, front axle covers, upgraded passenger pillion pad, leather badlander seat. It has been converted to hard bags and custom painted. I still have all the original parts including leather bags to go with it. There is 1 year left on extended warranty. Jury Dismisses Suit Against Harley-Davidson Over ABS Indicator

A Sacramento Superior Court jury has dismissed a lawsuit filed against Harley-Davidson involving a 2009 accident that left one of the plaintiffs with severe brain injuries. Judy Wilson was injured in an April 11, 2009, crash after her husband, Jack, locked the rear wheel of his non-ABS equipped 2008 Harley-Davidson Road Glide. The plaintiffs contended they believed their  was equipped with ABS because the instrument panel had an ABS indicator icon and from the salesperson’s sales pitch.

New Screamin’ Eagle Drag Racing Championship Series for 2013

The NHRA today announced the formation of the Screamin’ Eagle Championship Motorcycle Series for 2013. The new series will feature five classes: Top Fuel, Pro Gas, Draggin’ Bagger, Street Pro and Hot Street. The 10-race series will compete at divisional events as part of the NHRA Lucas Oil Drag Racing Series, in addition to the Sportsman ET Motorcycle class that currently competes at various NHRA divisional events.

2012 US Motorcycle Sales Results – Industry Reports 2.6% Increase

The Motorcycle Industry Council reported a 2.6% increase in motorcycle sales in the U.S. market for 2012. According to the industry group’s figures, American consumers purchased 452,386 motorcycles in 2012 compared to 440,899 motorcycles in 2011.
