AMA Ice Racing Grand Championship Adds Ice Moto Competition
Mon, 03 Feb 2014If you’ve been paying attention around here, you’ll know that we love ice racing here on Motorcycle.com. Editors Troy Siahaan and Tom Roderick got a first-hand taste of ice racing last winter, and we got a real kick out of seeing racers Brad Baker, Jared Mees and Nichole Mees taking Harley-Davidson Street 750s onto ice during the Winter X Games. 2010 Sportster Forty-Eight [video]
Mon, 25 Jan 2010Watching the promo videos that Harley-Davidson puts out does get me pumped. Harley could use some positive feedback after they announced their Q4 results… Get the Flash Player to see this player. The 2010 Harley-Davidson Forty-Eight retails for $10,499 for the black version, $10,789 for the silver or orange. Click here for more info.
Donation of Photos and Memorabilia to Harley-Davidson Museum Reveal Glimpse of Early Days at Harley
Thu, 22 Mar 2012Harley-Davidson Museum today posted on its Facebook page a selection of photos it received as part of collection of images and memorabilia donated by a former Harley employee. According to the Facebook post former H-D employee Bob Jameson donated “ two scrapbooks, numerous photographs, news clippings and other company related materials” for the museum’s collection. Jameson, following in his father’s footsteps, worked for The Motor Company, and in 1960 helped develop a motorcycle suited for use in the Vietnam war.
