2008 Harley-Davidson Other , 2008 Harley Davidson custom chopper for sale looking to get $11,500 (OBO). If i had to rate it from 1-10 it would be a 8/10. The reason being is because, some of the chromed parts are flaking, (but can easily be re-chromed.) Also the speedometer needs to be changed. Every thing else is Mint. Runs great, BEAUTIFUL custom paint job, "LOTS AND LOTS OF CHROME & SKULLS", ape hangers, extended rake, chrome braided lines, Le para 2up seat, 1340cc engine (S&S motor), and Custom pipes "SOUNDS GREAT", and lots, lots more. This bike is Carbureted NOT fuel injected. Never had a problem starting it. This bike is definitely a head turner and everywhere i went people were snapping pictures. You will not be sorry, this is definitely worth every penny it is a great bike! ***TITLE IN HAND*** there is around 9k miles on this bike (i do not know for sure since the speedometer needs to be changed but that is about how much i put on it) serious inquires only!!! 2014 Harley-Davidson Sportsters Receive ABS and Keyless Security Options
Mon, 19 Aug 2013Harley-Davidson revealed a five-model Sportster lineup for 2014 with some minor updates including new options for ABS and the H-D Smart Security System. The 2014 Sportster line consists of the 883cc SuperLow and Iron 883 and the 1200cc Forty-Eight, Seventy-Two and 1200 Custom. All five models received new brakes, with larger 300mm front rotors replacing the old 292mm discs.
Motorcycle Thefts Down 11.2% in 2010
Wed, 21 Sep 2011Motorcycle thefts in the U.S. are down for the fourth consecutive year in 2010, according to a report from the National Insurance Crime Bureau. There were 49,791 reported motorcycle thefts in 2010, an 11.2% drop from the 56,093 thefts reported in 2009.
