Are You an Expert on Electric Vehicles? Come Work on Harley-Davidson’s Project LiveWire

Harley-Davidson is on a bit of a hiring spree following its Project LiveWire announcement, posting several new engineering job listings to work on the company’s electric motorcycle. In the week since Harley-Davidson announced Project LiveWire, the Motor Company has posted several open positions on its online job board calling for applicants with a background in electric vehicles and electromechanical engineering. Harley-Davidson Forty-Eight and Roller Derby? [Video]

Canadian publication Cycle Canada had some fun on a photoshoot for its review of the Harley-Davidson Forty-Eight for the July issue. As Pete wrote in our own review, the Harley-Davidson Sportster Forty-Eight has a rugged, bobber-inspired look with its chopped fender, chubby front tire and underslung mirrors. For the guys over at Cycle Canada, the Forty-Eight conjured up a rather odd image: roller derby.

Harley Skateboard Trick – Awesome Motorcycle Jump

Everything needs to be jumped over with a skateboard at some point in human history.  People, benches, cars, cats, senior citizens, conclusions, ships, …. I’m getting a little metaphorical here…  Why not motorcycles?  Let’s jump some motorcycles on a skateboard and let’s make them Harley-Davidson motorcycles to boot. Harley is on fire with releasing “viral video” to promote their Dark Custom line and have now released this interesting video of a “modded” skateboard with fireworks strapped to it flying over some bikes.  Personally, I think it  looks like the guy is hanging from a wire when he crosses over those bikes.
