This is a 2007 custom hardtail. The S&S Harley evolution motor sits on a Paughco frame. Custom kick starter. Custom electric start. Matching metzler tires. Disc brakes. Twisted spokes on both rims. Custom silver, black and red pin stripe paint job. Old school transmission. S&S super E carburetor. Custom alligator seat. Custom skull brake light. Has lucky 13 cut outs through out the bike. Forward controls. Old school sissy bar. Low miles, only 1500 roughly. She's fully loaded and I have most the paperwork from her build. Over 18k in parts on her. Built in 2007 in Seattle WA. Laguna Seca Added to 2014 AMA Superbike Schedule
Thu, 13 Mar 2014AMA Superbike will be racing at Laguna Seca this year after all, with AMA Pro Racing announced the addition of the Monterey, Calif., circuit to its 2014 schedule, joining the World Superbike Championship on July 11-13. Laguna Seca was not included in AMA Pro Racing’s calendar, but its addition now increases the number of rounds in the series to six. That’s still down from the nine rounds held in 2013, but the absence of Laguna Seca and its famed Corkscrew would have been an especially tough loss.
US Motorcycle Thefts Down 6% in 2011
Tue, 09 Oct 2012Americans reported 46,667 motorcycle thefts in 2011, a 6% decrease from 49,791 stolen motorcycles in 2010, reports the National Insurance Crime Bureau. Despite the drop in reported thefts, the non-profit organization representing nearly 1100 property and casualty insurance companies says the theft rate still averages out to one motorcycle stolen every 11 minutes in the U.S. The numbers were published in the NICB’s 2011 ForeCAST Report which examined theft reports as well as recoveries.
