While the 25.8-inch seat height is among the lowest in the Harley-Davidson line, features like mid-mount foot controls, highway pegs and a pullback handlebar also gives the Low Rider its slammed looks and precise handling. The bike's ergonomics are well-suited to those looking for a comfortable ride, while the new Twin Cam 96 powertrain actually brings the Low Rider to a higher level of performance for 2007. Black, 10-spoke Cast Aluminum wheels enhance the Low Rider's slammed look, while the handlebar-mounted indicator cluster adds a classic styling touch. A single floating brake rotor displays more of the front wheel and Chrome, Profile Laced Aluminum wheels are optional. James Cameron’s New Movie “Avatar” to use “Motorcycle Riding Badass” template?
Thu, 20 Aug 2009James Cameron, the genius behind such movies as Aliens, Terminator 1 and 2, True Lies, and The Abyss, has a new movie coming out this fall. “Avatar”, a sci-fi action movie, stars Sam Worthington, Sigourney Weaver, Giovanni Ribisi, Stephen Lang and Michelle Rodriguez, all of whom can be seen in the new pictures released yesterday by the studio. In one of the images we see Sam Worthington wearing a Harley-Davidson shirt and sitting in a bar. Is this the story of an average tough guy who rides motorcycles and plays pool in bars, turned action hero who saves mankind? Does Sam’s character, “Jake Sully”, ever get on a motorcycle in the movie or just shows his Harley support by wearing the T-shirt?
