2007 Harley-Davidson Electra Glide CLASSIC, Selling as is 2007 FLHTC Electra Glide Classic in very good condition. The bike is black, mostly original except for Rinehart True Duals and Low Profile rear shocks. I bought the bike new at Thunderbird HD in Albuquerque in March 2007. All maintenance is done there. Backflips on a Harley? [video]
Mon, 07 Dec 2009In late November two motorcycle daredevils from opposite sides of the world were fighting to see who would be the first to backflip a Harley Davidson XR1200 motorcycle. Australia’s Kain Saul reached the Promised Land first when he made a successful jump in Sydney on November 27. Harley-Davidson believes Saul’s jump is the first ever successful backflip for any full size street motorcycle.
Motorcycle Thefts Down 11.2% in 2010
Wed, 21 Sep 2011Motorcycle thefts in the U.S. are down for the fourth consecutive year in 2010, according to a report from the National Insurance Crime Bureau. There were 49,791 reported motorcycle thefts in 2010, an 11.2% drop from the 56,093 thefts reported in 2009.
Harley-Davidson Opens New Asia Pacific Headquarters in Singapore
Thu, 19 May 2011Harley-Davidson has opened a new regional headquarters for the Asian market in Singapore. The new facility will house Harley-Davidson‘s sales, marketing and dealer development operations for its Asia Pacific region. The region office was previously located at Harley-Davidson’s global base in Milwaukee.
