H-D Confirms Road Glide Dump
Fri, 26 Jul 2013In a conference call with investors yesterday, Harley-Davidson Inc. admitted the rumors are true: the Motor Company is dropping the Road Glide. According to the Milwaukee Business Journal, during the investor call Thursday discussing second-quarter results Harley-Davidson (NYSE: HOG) Senior Vice President and CFO John Olin publicly confirmed the previously reported model dump to the Motor Company’s Touring lineup.
Stephen King to Guest Star on ‘Sons of Anarchy’

King will play a character named “Bachman”, which I’m sure was no coincidence since he had published under the pen name “Richard Bachman” for several years. Stephen King is a motorcycle enthusiast and was excited to get a tricked-out, bright red Harley-Davidson Road-Glide to ride for the filming of the episode. See his comments about the production here. Harley-Davidson Gets Early Start on 110th Anniversary Celebrations
Thu, 02 Feb 2012Harley-Davidson‘s 110th anniversary is still a year away but that hasn’t stopped The Motor Company from planning the party. Early celebration plans already include a rally in Rome, Italy, June 13-16, 2013, and the main party in Milwaukee over Labor Day Weekend, Aug. 29-Sept.
