Harley-Davidson Other description

2006 Harley-Davidson FXSTB/I - Night Train, Cherry...Black Cherry! Nice cross between sport bike and cruiser!Get in the Badlander seat. Reach for the drag-style bar. Then stretch out to the forward controls. In this riding position, it s easy to see why the Night Train is notorious for causing a stir. This year, it gets a fatter 200mm rear tire on a Black Slotted Aluminum Disc wheel the aggressive look you want, done right by the factory. New, widened bobtail fender. All nicely balancing out a narrow, raked front. To push the custom street look further, we blacked out the tank console, air cleaner cover, oil tank and rear fender supports. At the center is the black powder-coated Twin Cam 88 engine belting out a haunting melody. No matter the hour, night is always just a throttle turn away.

Motorcycles at the 2009 Frankfurt Auto Show

Mon, 28 Sep 2009

Two weeks ago, I took a break from my regular duties gathering news for Motorcycle.com to fly to Germany to cover the 2009 Frankfurt Auto Show for our sister site AutoGuide.com. For two hectic days, AutoGuide editor Colum Wood and I scrambled across the massive 6.2 million square foot Messe Frankfurt trade fair compound, running from press conference to press conference to get the latest on exotic sport cars, futuristic concept models and international unveilings from the automotive world. It was heaven for car lovers, but for me, it meant fighting my way through hordes of photogs, auto-journalists and car show models to get the first photos of four-wheeled goodies from MINI, Ferrari and Lotus.

Thu, 07 Apr 2022

The Nightster 975 has a certain ring to it We are less than a week away from the official reveal of Harley-Davidson‘s next Sportster, but we’ve managed to confirm the new model will use a 975 version of the Revolution Max engine. Harley-Davidson has been slowly revealing details of the new model, first with a teaser video and a number of social media posts. We’ve previously speculated that the new model will use a smaller displacement version of the Sportster S‘ Revolution Max 1250T engine, with clues such as the telescopic fork, twin rear shocks and single front disc hinting at a less performance-oriented focus.
