2005 Harley-Davidson FXDL/FXDLI Dyna Low Rider, FXDL - The Low Rider model takes to the street as long, low and restless as ever. The profile is unmistakable, beginning up front with the raked-out fork, low-rise pullback handlebar and stretched tank. Downward and to the back, there are frame-mounted highway pegs, mid-mounted foot controls and a fat 150mm rear tire. Of course there’s the lowered suspension and low-slung seat. Those who like things on the low side will be riding just over 25 off the pavement and grinning ear to ear. That’s because everything about this riding position feels good. So it was only right that we give it the internal combustion to match. The Low Rider rides high on power with a wrinkle black and chrome Twin Cam 88 engine, in carb or EFI. It’s rubber-mounted, so the only thing about you that will ever be restless is your spirit.

Sturgis Motorcycle Hall of Fame Announces 2013 Induction Class

The Hall also announced it will add one new member to its Freedom Fighters Hall of Fame. For 2013, the Hall will welcome to its ranks motorcycle attorney Russ Brown, custom chopper builder Rick Fairless (pictured above), Harley-Davidson dealer Bill Gikling, actor Marjoe Gortner of the television special “Sturgis: The Great Ride”, and antique motorcycle expert Lonnie Isam, Sr.

Harley-Davidson and Hero Motocorp announced a partnership back in 2020 for the distribution of existing Harley motorcycles and the development of a new range of models for the Indian market. He's a cabinet maker by trade but is somewhat an expert in the field of pulsejet engineering and has built a whole host of machines powered by the ever so subtle jet engine. This latest bike is dubbed a Harley-Davidson Sportjet, although it has nothing to do with Milwaukee and I'm not sure why H-D made it onto the tank...
